Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Inklined, operated by AI GTM Studio. We want you to be satisfied with our Service, and we've designed this policy to be fair and transparent.

2. Free Trial

All subscription plans include a 14 day free trial. During the trial:

  • You have full access to the features of your chosen plan
  • No payment is required to start
  • You can cancel at any time without charge
  • If you don't cancel, your subscription will begin at the end of the trial

3. Monthly Subscriptions

3.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • Unused credits will remain available until your access ends
  • You can export your content before your access ends

3.2 Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Billing errors
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge in question.

4. Annual Subscriptions

4.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to the Service until the end of your annual billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew
  • No partial refund is provided for unused months

4.2 Refunds

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase or renewal, less any credits already used. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Credit Refunds

Monthly credit allocations ("ink"):

  • Are included in your subscription price
  • Have no independent cash value
  • Cannot be refunded separately
  • Roll over for one month only

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at mark@beinklined.com with your account email and reason for the request
  • Include the date of the charge you're enquiring about
  • We will respond within 5 business days

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

7.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan:

  • The change takes effect immediately
  • You're charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your billing period
  • You receive the additional credits and features of your new plan immediately

7.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan:

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period
  • You retain your current plan's features until then
  • No refund is provided for the difference

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we're committed to resolving issues fairly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated to existing subscribers.
