Inklined works with what you already run
Your calls are already being recorded. Your inbox already knows what your week looked like. Your CRM already holds the people you have spoken to. None of it is connected to anything else, which is why none of it turns into anything published.
Connect what you already use and Inklined reads it, writes from it, and puts the result back where it belongs. Nothing here asks you to change tools.
Connecting takes a couple of minutes. Working out what is worth pulling out of the calls once they start arriving is the longer job, and that method is written up in full.
Your calls
One is enough. A second recorder brings the same calls in again and spends the same monthly allowance doing it. Sync runs every 4 hours, plus a manual one whenever you want it. Using a recorder that is not listed? There is a route for that, so ask.
Your week
Read-only, and nothing is ever sent, changed or deleted. What gets kept is the distilled fact rather than the message.
What you read
Where it gets published
Posts go to LinkedIn, articles go to your own site. Neither is pushed anywhere without you approving it first.
Your CRM
Either one is enough. Nothing syncs on its own: a CRM is a system Inklined does not own and cannot correct afterwards, so somebody decides who goes across.
Reaching out
Either one is enough, and lookups are charged to your own account rather than resold.
Which calls are worth connecting
Delivery calls are mostly about the client, so they produce less than people expect. Sales calls, intro calls and anything where you are explaining how you think about a problem produce far more, because that is where you argue rather than listen.
Questions
- Do I have to connect all of this?
- No. The only one that changes what Inklined can do on day one is a call recorder, because that is where your material is. Everything else is there for when you want the result to land somewhere specific.
- Which call recorders does Inklined connect to?
- Granola, Fathom, Fireflies and Attio. You only ever need one of them. If you use a recorder that is not on that list, there is a route for that too, so get in touch. Checked 24 September 2026.
- Does Inklined join or record my calls?
- Never. Inklined has no presence in your meetings. Your recorder does the recording, and Inklined reads what it has already produced. There is a recorder inside Inklined if you want to talk to it directly, but it is for you thinking out loud, not for client calls.
- How often does it check for new calls?
- Every 4 hours, plus a manual sync on the Integrations page. A morning call is usually ready to write from the same day.
- What happens to my client’s name?
- It is replaced before anything is stored. People become role descriptors, companies become sector descriptors, and contact details are removed. Separately, only your own speech can become something you publish, so a client’s insight does not end up under your name.
- Does anything get published or sent automatically?
- No. Posts, articles, CRM records and outbound leads all wait for you. Scheduling is the one exception, and only for something you have already approved.
- How many meetings can I bring in a month?
- 20 on Starter and 60 on Pro. A call that arrives without a transcript does not count, and a call that syncs twice is only counted once.
The calls are already happening.
Start with the strategy session. No card needed for that part.
